Notification Console

It is the process of sending targeted notification messages by using the console

Click on the Notification Console to navigate the below view

In Notification Console, left side campaigns are available. When you click on each campaign, you will get summary matrix and run wise split-up data on top bar.

Each category view as Charts, Lists and Excel Export

1) Summary Metrics:

• Donut chart of action buttons, that were attached to the triggered template

• Partial Donut chart of message meta data that gives triggered, delivery, sent, deleted, read, ButtonClick

2) Run wise Split-ups:

There are many run wise split-ups available on the top bar. If you click on each run log, you will get the campaign data related to that run id. You will get the user data like Mobile number, activity type, action template name, action template description, campaign run login, campaign config name

3) Excel Export:

Export data by clicking on the Excel Export which is available in the right buttom.

Excel Export view-

We can filter the preview logs data by using activity type filters and interactive button clicks. Each interactive button has also unselect features. You can select any interactive buttons and export data.
