In this First Section, agent follow up today/next 3 months, active follow ups today/next 3 months, hidden leads, form console, Leads without course, View all payments are available. Promotion are available.

All leads means different type of lead like RNR, Unattended, Qualified, Standby, Support leads are available in this dashboard. A qualified lead is starting to exhibit buying behavior.
Archived, Duplicate, Cold, For Next AY, Concluded, Web Bot, WhatsApp, Fb leads, Phone, Form, Web Ads are available in the All Leads Section.
In this 3rd section, Filter Leads By Region, course, Behavior options are there.
User/Form ID/ Enquiry search options:
This is the student's User Id field stores user's id number when they fill out a form. It helps connect submitted entries to students on your site.
Lead details:
In this sections, attended, unattended, qualified leads are available where you can manage leads. This is an individual or organization with an interest what you are offering.
A qualified lead is the process of determining whether lead meets the requirements about your service.

2) What is Schedule?
It is an automate the appointment scheduling process to save time & make their course enrollment forms more engaging for students. Here students can appointment with universities, so that you will have arranged to see them at a particular time.

Then in third stage, stages are available. In this section attended, unattended, qualified, archived, duplicate, standby, DND, Nurutre stages are there. Students can choose their stages as per their convenient.
In stage section, Click on the qualify then this format will come. Then click on the qualify and go to back bottom. Your qualify lead will save.
Then In Right side student details are there. If you click on the student details then below format will come. Here students all details are visible like selected course, City name, Address, Student name, state name, Pincode.
In first stage, Courses, Admission year are there. After clicking on academic year , this upper snapshot will come.
Then students can choose their courses & admissions as per their convenient. Here students can edit their courses & academic year.
Then in second stage, Status is available. In status section Lead, qualified, Form created, Exported, Application fee paid are there. Students can select their status as per their requirement.
Channel identities
In this channel identities, there are 4 channel preferences- DND, verified, preferred, duplicate and Whatsapp, Phone, Email, SMS can be modified as per the user preferences.
