Use the courses filter to quickly find the course you need, or streamline your workflow when editing multiple courses. Along with searching courses by name, these filtering options allow you to quickly locate courses that share particular attributes.
Log in to dashboard
Click on agent console
Then will come below screenshot
In this Apply Course Filter, So many courses are available to count wise. If you click on the one course, it will show like this.
Select Courses
Click on the Apply Course Filter to the down of the search bar
Then you will see the filter applied courses left side of the panel
Then dashboard will show like this

In this left side panel, the Upperside User Form search area option is there. Where you can search leads
And Downside lead details are available
In this Edit Student/Lead details part, Academic year, Courses, Schedule, Specialization options are there.

2) What is Schedule?
It is an automate the appointment scheduling process to save time & make their course enrollment forms more engaging for students. Here students can appointment with universities, so that you will have arranged to see them at a particular time.

In this Stage section attended, unattended, qualified, archived, duplicate, standby, DND, Nurture stages are there. Students can choose their stages at their convenience.
After selecting the Academic year, below screenshot will come
Then students can choose their courses & admissions at their convenience. Here students can edit their courses & academic year.
In the last stages Phases, Stages are available. In Phase section Lead, Course identified, Form created, Concluded, Application fee paid is there. Students can select their status as per their requirements.
In this channel identities, there are 4 channel preferences- DND, verified, preferred, duplicate, and WhatsApp, Phone, Email, SMS can be modified as per the user preferences.

In this Fixture view section, you can trigger messages to students through WhatsApp, Call, SMS, Email related to Course details, admissions, payment, verified form, Form reminder, Holidays, Exam notification, Result notification, Sports notification, Career counselling, Parents meeting etc.'
What is Call Log?
