• Login dashboard

• Select Agent Console on the left sidebar

• Click on the agent console. Below view is Agent console page

In left side Form Console, Promotion, Live agent are there. In form console All Active Follow Ups are showing like Today and 3 Months. Leads with out courses are showing in Count wise, View all payments are showing like Success and Failure. Then in down you can select leads through filtering by region, Course and Behaviour.

In middle side Hidden leads, Total Leads, All Leads are showing

In Right side no of leads are showing.
