Steps to Reallot leads:‌
Filter agent by All, On Queue, Off Queue and Archive
On Queue - Active agents
Off Queue - Inactive agents
Archive - Removed agents
Select respective agent to view lead load
Reallot leads to other agents
Reallot followup leads to other agents
Modify agent profile
Actions on this page:‌
Filter agent by All, On Queue, Off Queue and Archive
Select respective agent to view lead load
Change agent profile
Reallot leads/follow up to other agent
Click on the Reallot Leads like this view will come to alert agents.
